I also recommend calling your state party headquarters. I know in many states, the state democratic parties are organizing canvasses and rides to the polls. Alternatively, you can call the campaign headquarters for a candidate you’d like to vote for and see if they have a recommendation – many campaigns (at the state and federal level, at least), have volunteers offering constituents rides to the polls.

At least three people in the comments said they’d reimbursed anyone who still can’t afford it or can’t find a campaign office who set anything up. If you’re legally allowed vote! Several states allow on-site registration even!
