My grandmother is in need of some help.. I’ve seen people ask for help here on tumblr and get tremendous results so I figured my grandmother was definitely worth trying. Here is a little information on why my family has come to ask for help from total strangers..
“So my family and I are making this donation page for a very special person. My mother, my kids’ grandmother. The matriarch of our family. The one person who has held us all together and kept our heads above water, now needs help. She has developed a plague in her heart and needs surgery to put a shunt in one of her heart valves.. because of this surgery she has to quit her job, one of her only sources of income. And unfortunately my illness prevents me from working so due to my mother taking me and my 3 kids in for the past 10+ years she has nothing to fall back on. Her medical bills, living expenses, home bills and utilities are now left up in the air to be paid and we aren’t too sure how they will be. We aren’t the type to ask for handouts but this woman has done so much for all of us and I just want to do everything I can to help her and show her there are still people out there who care.. anything helps. Even wanting to reach out to us for donations. Food, clothes, resources that can help. Anything helps. Please feel free to ask questions, share this page, say a prayer for us.
