Especially the first one! I have a really hard time knowing if somebody actually wants me to do something unless they are specific about the task and direct it towards me completely.
Honestly I recommend using these for anyone regardless of if they’re autistic or not cause I’m fairly sure I’m not autistic (I can’t say anything for certain though cause some people have had their suspicions but I’ve never been tested or diagnosed) but all of those are either extremely vague or can make me anxious so if you can you should always go with a more specific alternative
